But the Lord had other plans; today I speak to both large and small groups, teaching people how to step away from the labels the world has placed on them and into the purpose God has planned.

- Robert Ward was born in Cuyahoga (pronounced Ki-ya-hoe-ga) Falls, Ohio. He is an exceptional man who grew up under an academic and personal umbrella-of-uncertainty. Labeled a slow learner with limited abilities as a child would cause most individuals to become content in accomplishing nothing in life, but not Robert, like I said, he is exceptional. “Beyond the Invisible Boxes: Living an Exceptional Life”, speaks to individuals who are suffering under the negative words of others that keep them locked in “tiny-boxes” of labeling, low self-esteem, and discouragement. I offer 4 principles that will move the audience out of their boxes, by sharing what God has done in my life and can do in theirs.
“Rejoicing in Your Maker”, encourages individuals to accept themselves the way God made them, instead of running from the God who made them, based on Isaiah 45:9. I was holding on to self-pity and a bad attitude, desiring to be anyone else but me, and getting nowhere fast. Yet, by God’s grace and studying His word I finally got that I am wonderfully made, created for His purpose. Individuals attending this talk will walk away with an “I can!” attitude

Robert Ward, an excellent speaker, connects with his audience within a few moments past the initial introduction. He exercises his words and body language to show his passion for his subject, as well as his genuine nature. Robert generally provides an illustrative story that evokes emotion and captures the audiences attention. Given his adeptness at making eye contact, each member of the audience feels as if he is speaking directly to them. During his closing statements, he summarizes the prior topic and follow ups with a question and answer session, allowing the audience to feel comfortable that all issues or concerns have been addressed. Robert is a highly effective speaker; I would clearly engage him to speak at any of my future functions.
